On 24 November this year, Commissioner for Trade Valdis Dombrovskis addressed a letter to the leaders of the “Korona” trade union (president of Alina Ojdana and proxy Daniel Alain Korona) in connection with their reminders of 12 August 2023 (represented 13 November) in the absence of any the decision to give consent to the financial assistance provided for in paragraph 1 (2); Regulations of the Council of Ministers of 14 April 2023 amending the Regulation on the detailed scope and means of carrying out certain tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture introducing the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 27 January 2015 – §13 in respect of payments for the transport of cereals and rape services to the Baltic Sea port, to agricultural producers and to operators who have acquired from the agricultural maker rape or cereals for further resale (Journal of Laws of 21.04.2023 item 757).
As the Commissioner said The letter was handed over to Mr Olivier Guersent, who acts as manager General in charge of competition. Mr. Guersent will examine the issues raised and give a fast answer.
Should not the Polish government and politicians alternatively take care of the European Commission's urgency? Does KORON gotta do it?
PS: The Commission besides sent a copy of the letter to the Secretariat of the Office of the Minister of Agriculture and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
