When a public company loses its position as a CIT taxpayer

A publically owned company which is simply a CIT taxable individual shall stay that company until the date of its liquidation or deleted from the applicable register. That's what the fiscal says. According to the courts, the failure of the position of a CIT payer may besides consequence in a change in the membership of its shareholders.
