Nine years ago, I participated in a public discussion about the form of the Museum of planet War II in Gdańsk. appointed by Donald Tusk museum manager Paweł Machcewicz together with 2 deputies – Piotr M. Majewski and Rafał Wnuk – announced that they would focus on martyrdom of war victims and on the destiny of civilians. It was emphasized that the Gdańsk museum would not be a pantheon of the glory of the Polish weapon.
