WhatsApp and YT blocked in Russia. Prohibition from day to day

Since Wednesday, February 11 the Russians have been incapable to usage WhatsApp and YouTube. The decision came into force suddenly, overnight. The point is "to force people to usage the state's surveillance app" – said the leader of the popular communicator in the statement.
