What the mandatory KSeF does not include

The National e-Faktur strategy (KSeF) is simply a nationwide electronic platform that allows the issuing and receiving of structured invoices. In 2026 the usage of KSeF and the issuing of structured invoices will become mandatory for almost all VAT taxable persons in Poland. However, the fresh invoicing standard will not be mandatory in any case. The legislator provided for a number of exemptions.
