United States president Donald Trump announced on Friday in Abu Dhabi that he was finishing his visit to the mediate East and returning to the country. Although he had not previously ruled out participation in peace talks between Ukraine and Russia in Turkey, he yet did not appear in Istanbul. Trump, on the another hand, announced that he was planning a gathering with Russian president Vladimir Putin, "as shortly as it can be arranged.".
