What went incorrect with mCitizen? Minister Cieszyński explains

The mCitizen 2.0 application, introduced by the government on July 14, was intended to be a revolution in the area of digital citizen documents. Nevertheless, the application has encountered many method problems. Many users reported difficulties accessing their documents, emergency closure of applications, and another errors. The problems were temporary and resulted from the process of installing a completely fresh version. Criticism from IT manufacture experts and average net users was loud and unambiguous, which is why Minister Janusz Cieszyński described in item the implementation of the application.
