Donald Tusk, after gathering Volodymyr Zelenski, talks about a breakthrough in Polish-Ukrainian relations as regards the subject of the Volyn crime. This is simply a comment on Ukraine's fresh consent to the exhumation of UPA victims in the village of Puźniki on Podol.
