On 15 January 2025. The ultimate Court of 7 judges adopted a valid resolution on the valorisation, on the basis of the civilian Code, of the warrant sum specified in the compulsory insurance agreement OC. According to the ultimate Court, the valorisation of the OC insurance warrant amount by the court cannot be automatic. The current amount of this sum specified in the government cannot be the only criterion for the valorisation of warrant amounts from old insurance contracts.
