What power fails to see will be seen by a young generation
As said Miłosz Kozikowski ( Marshal of the Young Parliament of the Polish Republic): "We are here to plan a fresh strategy of justice to address the regulation of law and to build together as a united social tissue of the Young Parliament something fresh that will work." Parliamentarians have called for improved legislative processes and a change in the hierarchy of legislation. There was besides a reflection on the social work of judges, lawyers and prosecutors who "presented political and private interest over the welfare of the state and citizens". There were besides references to the education system. The Marshal, Dominik Majcher, raised the subject of learning civic attitudes. on the establishment of the Centre for Alimentative Assistance,
on respect for human rights in Poland and in the world,
about prison and rehabilitation,
on the protection of victims of sexual force in court proceedings,
on the digitisation of justice and the regulation of digital technology,
on changes in the functioning of the prosecution,
about the sanctioning of the Polish judiciary,
on the recovery of justice,
changes to criminal and penitentiary policies,
on changes to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.

Interesting ideas we could hear during the gathering – Centre for Alimentative Assistance
Young people presented their thought in consequence to the increasing problem of failure to pay maintenance. In Poland, the maintenance debt is almost PLN 40 billion! To this end, parliamentarians want to set up a peculiar institution to respect the provisions of the household and Care Code. This Centre is to service as an advisory and helper. But that's not all! About the sanction of the Polish judiciary

On the Protection of Victims of Sexual force in Trials
Youth Parliament activists call for the wording of Article 197 of the Criminal Code to be amended, as well as for the provisions of the alleged Istanbul Convention (Convention to prevent and combat force against women and home violence) to be included in Polish law. All so that victims of sexual crimes can trust the Polish justice strategy and stand up for their rights. The resolution is simply a consequence to the rejection of rape cases by Polish courts.
