What did Donald Tusk mean erstwhile he said about repolonizing the economy?

We already know it won't be the PiS version. The Prime Minister is not about buying banks or companies from abroad owners. This is not about nationalisation at all costs and against economical accounting. simply put, Polish companies will receive preferences and support from the government.
