On Thursday, the Chancellery of the president announced that president Duda, as part of preventive control, referred to the Constitutional Tribunal the amendment to the Penal Code of 6 March this year, known as the hatred Speech Act, which expands the catalogue of grounds for crimes motivated by prejudice.
