According to TVN24 unofficially, Finance Minister Andrzej Domański will ask the State Election Commission to interpret the resolution on money for the Law and Justice in late December. At that time, the PCW adopted the financial statements of the Election Committee of Law and Justice from the parliamentary elections of 2023.


The PKW decision was taken on 30 December. – The State Electoral Commission decided to adopt the PiS financial statements from the 2023 elections – said then to the media head of PKW Marciniak.

– Our resolution concerns straight grants – Marciniak pointed out. “The rules indicate that the Minister of Finance should carry it out immediately,” he added. As he noted, "no appeal is required from the resolution". Marciniak then hoped that the resolution would go to the Ministry of Finance no later than next day (January 31).
