Goth programme: 10,000 applications per week

Only a week after the registration was launched for universal pro-defensive training “in Preparedness” interest in the program exceeded the expectations of organizers. Through the application mCitizen has already reported 10,000 people.

Training in units in the vicinity of Warsaw, Krakow, Łódź, Wrocław and Tri-City is the top interest. For example, with 1 place on basic courses, safety training, medical assistance, and cyber-hygiena organized in 18. As many as 4 candidates apply to the OT Capital Brigade. Statistically, over 3 people per place belong to endurance courses and first premed aid organized in the 1st Warsaw Armored Brigade in Wejoła.

More than 70% of places are already reserved. 50% of premed courses are occupied, and more than 40% for safety and endurance courses.

Training for everyone

The “inReady” programme is the first specified wide initiative of free, voluntary defence training for all adult citizens in Poland.

Participants will get the applicable skills needed in emergency situations - from first aid, by responding to alarms and evacuation, to safe net usage and data protection.

Four types of training are planned for the pilot, which will run from 22 November to 14 December 2025:

Basic safety course (142 training): this is simply a applicable dimension of the “Safety Guide” prepared jointly by the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defence. During this training, participants will learn and practice how to prepare themselves and their loved ones for various threats, how to respond to alarm signals and conduct evacuations.

Premedical first aid (103 training): is simply a applicable first aid course. The course participants will practice in practice the correct call for emergency services and the transmission of information, learn to resuscitation and respiration in adults, children and infants, practice practically how to supply assistance in various situations, specified as wounds, fractures, burns, failure of consciousness, choking, etc., learn how to safely usage the AED defibrillator and defend the victim until the service arrives, as well as the rules of own safety and the organisation of the scene.

Survival course (87 trainings): a number of applicable skills useful in crisis situations, specified as: what is and how to prepare an evacuation backpack, how to organize a place of hiding or shelter, the basis of field studies and survival, the recognition of threats, the ability to act in crisis conditions.

Cybersecurity course (33 training): targeted at older people. Participants will learn how to defend their data, how to admit phishing, fake news and sociotechnical attacks, how to safely usage AI and social media.

Each training will take up to 8 hours and will be conducted by military specialists from 132 units of operational troops, WOT and cybermilitary. Anyone willing will be able to choose from 1 to 4 trainings.

How do you sign up?

Votality training is universal training, which means that all adult Polish citizen can sign up for it.

Registration takes place exclusively through the mCitizen app – in the “Services” tab → “defensive training” → “Personal training”. After choosing the kind of course and term, the strategy will automatically indicate the nearest military unit.

Training is open to all adult citizens, without wellness or conditioning requirements.

What's next?

After the pilot's end, the HR will prepare proposals and recommendations for the extension of the programme to 2026.

In the following stages, the following will besides be launched:

group training for companies – applications are accepted by the form at www.wojsko-polskie.pl/ready,
a fresh expression for reserve training, providing more opportunities for improvement and promotion, implemented since mid-2026.
