Ukraine has been asking for months to deliver tanks and increase supplies of modern armaments. Last week, Ukraine issued a request to supply modern tanks that would let it to fight Russia more effectively. Ukraine now more than always needs support and tanks from the West, as Russia is increasingly desperate for partial mobilization and increasingly a atomic scare.
