Western Jewelers Leave Russia. Wealthy Russians Increase Purchases

Cartier, Montblanc, Tiffany and Bulgari boutiques are no longer in Russia. They have moved "neighbors" - to Kazakhstan or have left the aggressor country altogether. But wealthy Russians are not giving up on luxury. Last year, they spent 26 percent more on branded jewelry and watches than the year before.
