Were there Wagners at Kadyrov's? ISW Report

Last Friday, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that erstwhile Wagner Group mercenaries would join the Chechen peculiar forces unit Akhmat. This is to be the consequence of negotiations conducted with the current leader of the Wagnerovs, Alexander Kuznetsov (aka Ratibor). As Kadyrov said, vacancies in the Akhmat unit were to be provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense, and erstwhile members of the Wagner Group will be subordinated to this ministry, and not to the command of the Rosguard.
