Were the Wagners at Kadyrov's? ISW Report

Last Friday, Ramzan Kadyrov announced that erstwhile Wagner Group mercenaries would join the Chechen unit of the Achmat peculiar Forces. This is to be the consequence of negotiations with the current Vainer Leader, Aleksandr Kuzniecow (ps. Ratibor). As Kadyrov said, vacancyes in the Achmat unit were to supply the Russian Ministry of Defence, and erstwhile members of the Wagner Group would be subject to this ministry alternatively than the command of Rosgwardia.
