We have a certain luxury.

In the case of the US attack on Venezuela and Nicolas Maduro's kidnapping, we have a luxury in Poland. The substance does not concern us directly, and we can talk with moral support for 1 side or the other. However, indirectly this event will affect the title Polish case. We are developing a performance of powers and fresh relations between the politics of powers and global law.

Each of us remembers the mass and media-stimulated action of “roastling” on the Russian Federation and personally on Vladimir Putin, that he committed aggression against a sovereign state and waged war erstwhile aggression is banned by global law. I didn't resent it, considering it as conflict number 10,345 in human history. Now the Americans have done the aggression number 10.346, which is their own "special military operation" to build "American Miru" and "near abroad" under the name of the Monroe Doctrine, enriched by "Trump corollary".

Although any intellectual ascetics produced in Polish media tried to prove that this was a different situation ("because illegally elected"), we have the same case from the point of global law. Besides, Trump rapidly announced that it was not about any democracy, it was about Venezuelan oil that Venezuelans reportedly stole from America. We will most likely shortly learn that the Danes have “stealed” their uncommon earth metals from Greenland. These are identical cases erstwhile a power invades a weaker neighbor, breaking global law, and erstwhile the planet asks what law it is, it says, “We did due to the fact that we could and what will you do to us?” In this situation, we request to ask how global law will change erstwhile the large powers no longer admit it?

For all lawyers dealing with the law of nations, or global law, I have bad news. Well, in front of us, you're becoming outstanding... historians of global law. The planet strategy was formed after the dissolution of the USSR, based on the U.S. hegemony, globalisation and globalism go to pieces with the joint decision of Moscow and Washington, which besides can be supported by China. The fundamental rule of the outgoing law of nations was the formal equality of states as legal entities. Of course, in practice, we had permanent members of the UN safety Council with veto laws, groups G7 and G20, but the rule itself existed. Aggression was aggression regardless of whether Russia attacked Ukraine, the US attacked Venezuela or Poland attacked Lithuania.

Everything points to the fact that this regulation is going to suck today. The theories formulated during the interwar period in Germany return. The first is the concept of "great space" by Carl Schmitt, assuming the dusk of the sovereignty of smaller states and focusing them (or focusing them by force) by the power-hegemon in his part of the planet as a leader, a suzeren, treating the smaller as customers. The second is Heinrich Triepl's doctrine of designation in global law of the notion of "hegemony". The regional hegemon forms global law in its "great space", settles disputes between states, but it itself is not subject to and has the right to violently intervene in the affairs of the client states.

The planet is so divided into respective “great spaces” ruled by hegemons of its areas. On the issues of the disputed world, the alleged performance of powers, as was erstwhile defined in Europe, means respective leading powers. As long as they get along, we have planet peace, and erstwhile they halt getting along, then we have war.

You can see that We have a dispute over the division of the world's cake. On behalf of the United States, Donald Trump announced that “the hemisphere is ours” by referring to America from Greenland to the Fire Land and ordering another powers to retreat from the American “semisphere” – for example, the Russians and the Chinese of Venezuela, the Danes of Greenland and reserve the right to invade Cuba, Mexico, Colombia and, of course, Venezuela.

At the same time, Putin, on behalf of Russia, teaches about the “Russian mirre”, or sphere of influence in the form of erstwhile states of the russian Union and inhabited by a crucial proportion of Russians. China most likely has an appetite for its own “Chinese mir” and sovereignty over Southeast Asia. Interestingly, no of these 3 powers recognise the European Union as a power to share spheres of influence.

Trump, Putin and Xi agree that, speaking Trump, depraved to the ground and marazme-stricken Western Europe "has no cards." Does he have any?

Whether the planet falls into war or peace depends on whether the 3 powers work together. Trump and Putin have repeatedly said that talks about peace in Ukraine, outside Ukraine itself, besides include the division of the lines of influence in the world, and thus most likely in east Europe and the mediate East. In turn, the United States, refusing to recognise the Chinese right to unite Taiwan with the matrix, consistently rejects Beijing's right to form its "Chinese miru". east Europe, the mediate East and the South China Sea is simply a place where powers are pushed into a sphere of influence. In our part of the world, most likely the most hard problem will be the Baltic states, which belonged to the USSR, where there is simply a large Russian-speaking number and which were admitted to NATO. I foretell that they can become the place of an highly violent dispute over the division of influences, which could consequence in Poland's engagement in the armed conflict.

The problem of Poland is that the scale of events in the planet exceeds the level of knowing and reflection of our autochtonic political elite. Donald Tusk bet on the European Union, believing that it will become the world's 4th power, as I inactive promise Ursula von der Leyen, and what I consider an illusion. Jarosław Kaczyński disowns the fact that the US withdraws from Europe, limiting itself to the end of the war in Ukraine, and continues to play with the American card. Poland must find a place for itself in a fresh planet strategy under threat of crushing by the powers or turning into their battlefield.
