Hungary's looking at the East? [COMMENTARY]

If we were to look for a European leader who has the most circumstantial policy, then surely the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban would be at the forefront. His last visit to China, meetings with Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin are the best example.
