Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said he would block a 90-billion-dollar EU debt to Ukraine until the re-establishment of oil transport from Russia delivered to Hungary by Ukraine's relationship pipeline. Many gas stations in Hungary have fuel sales restrictions.

– The situation is simple: if there is no oil, there is no money," said Orban in a video posted on Facebook. The Hungarian Prime Minister admitted that he had consulted the president of the European Council Antonio Costa and Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fica on this matter.

The head of the Hungarian government besides criticised the failure to let the relationship of the Hungarian delegation to enter the pipeline, which went to Ukraine last week.

In late January, the relationship pipeline, which Russia besides supplies to Slovakia, was damaged in the Russian attack. The authorities in Kiev guarantee that they are renovating the oil pipeline, but the government of Orban maintains that the Ukrainian authorities deliberately hold back the re-transitation, and calls these actions ‘shantage’.
