A smuggling balloon originating most likely from Belarus was revealed by a fisherman on a frozen lake of Pejpus. Estonian services admit that Lithuania, Latvia and Poland have been struggling with akin incidents so far.
Balloon with cargo approx. 30 000 pieces of cigarettes with Belarusian excise marks was found on frozen Lake Peypus, located on the border with Russia. According to information from the Estonian police and border police, the incidental was noted and reported by local fisherman.
