Weapons of mass demolition of the “poor”, that is, about the Russian atomic charter [OPINION]

Russian atomic weapons or the current threats of causing an incidental at a Ukrainian atomic power plant are undoubtedly topics of concern in the context of February's aggression, as well as safety in Europe. But under the facade of this Russian “atomic card”, likewise to conventional military capabilities, crucial scratches appear. They show that the Kremlin is reaching not so much for the argument of power power, referring to weapons of mass destruction, but alternatively for the argument of the proverbial weapons of mass demolition of the “poor”.
