Russian atomic weapons or current threats to make an incidental at the Ukrainian atomic power plant are undoubtedly subjects of large concern in the context of February aggression and safety in Europe. But under the facade of this Russian "nuclear card", likewise as in the case of conventional military capabilities, crucial features appear. They show that the Kremlin is reaching not so much for the argument of power, referring to weapons of mass destruction, but alternatively to the argument of proverbial weapons of mass demolition "poor".
