Poland has state-of-the-art weapons systems and does not request any gifts from Germany – writes "Die Welt". This is simply a consequence to the proposal of diplomat Wolfgang Ischinger, who stated that as part of the unresolved issue of reparation, his country could present Poland with a submarine or tanks.
