The richest German Dieter Schwarz unexpectedly became the negative hero of a fresh discussion in the Sejm. MP Włodzimierz Skalik stated that the company he controls, PreZero, caused a waste crisis in Zabrze akin to the 1 in Naples. There was besides a proposition that another of his entities, the Lidl chain of stores, intends to take waste to the picturesque Warmia. And all this coincides with accusations of fraud over a multi-million contract for municipal services.
