Television in Poland24 revealed the plan to assassinate the Coalition on December 13 on independent media. The shocking actions of the Tusk coalition are to be implemented even before the May presidential election.

On 23 April, the Constitutional work Committee is to apply for constitutional work to the Tribunal of State Maciej Świrski, president of the National Broadcasting Council.

On 24 April at the gathering of the Sejm, the Coalition on 13 December would vote on the proposal that president Maciej Świrski would be suspended.

As a result, the National Broadcasting Council would be paralyzed and there would be no 1 to challenge the judgement of the Administrative Court on the withdrawal of the tv concessions in Poland24 and the Republic of Television.

In this way, stations independent of the government would lose their concession and halt broadcasting the signal even before the presidential election.
