Today marks 15 years since the Smolensk disaster. On April 10, 2010, a government plane, Tu-154M, crashed at Smolensk-Severny Airport with 96 people on board. The delegation was flying to Russia for the anniversary of the Katyn massacre. We are publishing the undelivered speech of president Lech Kaczyński prepared for the ceremony.
