Today it is 15 years since the Smolensk disaster. On 10 April 2010, a government Tu-154M aircraft with 96 people aboard crashed at Smolensk-North Airport. The delegation flew to Russia to celebrate the anniversary of the Katyn crime. We print president Lech Kaczyński's unspoken speech prepared for this event.
