WDS 2026: Italian-Turkish tank replacements

In the area of vehicles capable of supplementing basic tanks or augmenting the strength of motorized and mechanized units, Turkish manufacture can boast at least 2 designs. The first is simply a vehicle from the Otokar concern based on the Tulpar tracked infantry fighting vehicle, which received the Italian Leonardo concern's Hitfact II turret system. Its main armament is simply a smoothbore 120mm cannon with a 45-caliber barrel and a 7.62mm caliber tank device weapon coupled to it.
