On Thursday, the Sejm re-drafted the crypto-active marketplace bill. Earlier, practically identical provisions on this issue were vetoed by president Karol Nawrocki. The Act assumes, among another things, that marketplace surveillance will be conducted by the Financial Supervision Commission.
