Watch out for the activities of Russian spies

Russia's intelligence services are actively developing their spy network in the EU. While associate States effort to prevent this and act in an organized manner, many have limited operational capacity. Differences in the perception of threats and a deficiency of common trust stand in the way of cooperation at the EU level. In order to make common competences, EU diplomacy can inform the societies of the associate States about the expanding scale of threats by publishing regular reports on this matter.
