This is where the comparisons end, due to the fact that in France they have a presidential strategy in which the Prime Minister means nothing, and in Poland another: the president means small and the Prime Minister means much. Co-habitation in France is, for example, the socialist president and Republican parliament, or 2 different camps.
This was besides the case with us – for Presidents Jaruzelski, Wałęsa, Kwasniewski, Lech Kaczyński, and now it will be, and unlike the arrangement known from France in Poland, co-habitation extends to the full society. Cohabitation is the distribution of strength between a strong president and a weaker prime minister or vice versa. Anyway, 1 pole needs to be clearer. They are about 2 worlds equivalent to the 1 connected by past and culture. But not politics. Pluralism like cohabitation requires 2 ideologies, 2 command centers and – most importantly – 2 leaders. You can see it in Poland. Presidential elections due to pluralisation produce co-habitation, provided that during the vote everything is done legally. But here begins the catalog of questions: according to what law, if it was tampered with with the law, hoping that 2 laws would be created – “your” law and “our” law?
The results of the vote must be recognised by the ultimate Court, and in peculiar by the Chamber which exists but is not recognised. By whom is it not recognized? The vows are scheduled for August 6. In America, the left is liberal and the right is conservative. And that's how things start with us.
