On Friday morning (26.05.) Danuta Subbotko's interview with General Janusz Noski, a erstwhile “man of service” from UOP to ABW, Chief of Military Counterintelligence (2008-2013) was released under the prominent title: “PiS is soaked with Russian agentry”. A conversation that is beyond uncertainty based on an analysis of events and facts that, as the general says, “... the pro-Russian environments present regulation Poland. Kalki from Moscow is everywhere. ...’.
Read this interview. This is the second after General Peter Pytl (see: https://pawelbujalski.blog/2022/09/12/5473/ ) specified a serious, in-depth message in which liable and knowledgeable people clearly analyse facts and draw conclusions. I'm not going to have a long conversation with General Noski and comment on it due to the fact that it's multi-threaded and complementary. I will only usage the selected passage which, in my opinion, outlines the full – the impact, gradual dependence and implementation of Russian plans and policies – the remainder are tools and methods, forces and means, as the military say:
Gen. Nose:
‘(...) The real threat is that the Russians make our political reality. (...) The models of the authorities in Moscow and Warsaw are the same.
In what way?
– This is simply a imagination of the authoritarian state, where centralised power dulls local governments, social activity, free reasoning where the law serves the party, not the citizen. Do we inactive have a real parliament? Express passing of laws, receiving Members of the House, reassumptions if they pass the draft opposition. In Russia, the function of Duma is besides marginalized.
Next: notoriously pointing out the enemy, fighting sexual and national minorities. Kaczyński, like Putin, presents himself as a defender of faith, religion and social morality. Christian religion versus Western nihilism is simply a Tsar model. Kaczyński “fights nihilism”, and Putin, as the written newspapers have argued, represents “healthy conservatism”. Here we have a PiS alliance with the Church, there 1 Russia with the Church.
Elimination of independent judiciary and media. The acquisition of public television, which becomes a organization instrument of propaganda fighting.
Extrajudicial depriving of public rights, like in Russia. possibly the alleged verification committee laws won't be signed by the president if he looks forward to his future in the West, but he can't be trusted. If the committee rises, on September 17, it will announce that Donald Tusk is deprived of passive electoral rights.
Finally: the relation between business and politics. Who is Mr. Obatek? A man whose occupation is to fund the Law and Justice. (...)’

In the evening of 26.05, the political majority of the parliament voted a scandalous, absolutely unconstitutional, authoritarian in its essence and the content of its circumstantial provisions a bill-hit on political opponents setting up a party, 100% dependent on the party's leadership a verification commission to examine the "Russian influences" and punish, eliminating from public life elected by Kaczyński and his organization of uncomfortable people. Eliminate, blackmail and scare. It's Russia in a pill or possibly even a step before...
Wash and go. 2 in one: on the 1 hand, outside of the law, without a court, purely arbitrary and political effort to eliminate, blackmail and intimidate opponents and political opponents (if essential from their ranks besides – if the chief wishes) even before the election (and in the presumption of possibly lost by the Law and Justice elections – the state position of the committee) and on the another hand, how impudent, public “turning the tail” – agents and people addicted and subordinate to the Kremlin's policy will now search and destruct alleged Moscow agents to the satisfaction of the manipulated, seduced by false anti-Russian rhetoric, unaware of the real aims of power of part of the public opinion.
The bill now goes to Duda's desk. Will the president sign or not? – the commentators ask. Other, much harder and more crucial questions are rare.
PS Donald Tusk commented on the establishment of this written, inquisition committee, that yet people will find out who truly implements Russia's policy in Poland and how... I hope so. possibly they'll get frightened and Duda won't sign for this or any another reason, possibly he'll sign and the committee's deliberations will be classified, and we won't hear what this hooded non-court has to say publicly? We don't know.
We know, however, that Kaczyński present (27.05.) at a press conference on the border with Belarus, with the same fence, at which kilometers proceed to endure and die today, hundreds of people in the forest inhumanely, contrary to the law treated by the state to which he governs and demolishes, at the place of our collective shame and at the same time an example of how the current authorities in Poland respect human rights and the free planet standards in this field, allowed him to insult and accuse the writer who asked him a question TVN24 Mateusz Grzytowski with the words "(...) I am forced to do so, it is not individual to you, to treat as a typical of Kremlin."
