A gathering with General Andrzej Bartkowiak, erstwhile Chief of the General State Fire Service, was held at the Warsaw Polish paper Club.
Among another things, we talked about protecting citizens in the event of war. The General gave the address of the site where everyone can find a place of temporary refuge.
