Warsaw donated carriages and millions disappeared in Kiev. There's an investigation

On Tuesday, the National Anti-corruption Office of Ukraine (NABU) and the peculiar Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) reported a break-up of the group, which was to take over 137.5 million hryvnia (11.6 million PLN) belonging to the Kiev Metro. The money was to be taken out on the occasion of the organisation of carriage transport Ukraine via the Warsaw metro.
