Warsaw asks Berlin about MiG-29 fighters

Poland has applied to the German national government with an authoritative request for approval to give Ukraine the MiG-29 fighters bought from Berlin 19 years ago for a symbolic euro. These are aircraft that previously belonged to the armed forces of the GDR.
