Warning from Brussels. Poland has 2 months to catch up

Poland was covered by the European Commission by the second phase of the infringement procedure. The reason is the deficiency of an updated Energy and Climate Plan for Brussels. If our government does not do so within the next 2 months, then the Commission may mention the substance to the Court of Justice of the European Union (TEU).
