Warning from Brussels: Poland has 2 months to catch up

Poland has been placed under the second phase of the European Commission's infringement procedure for failing to submit an updated energy and climate plan to Brussels. If our government fails to do so within the next 2 months, the Commission may mention the substance to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
