War crimes of Russia. The identity of the "executioner of Mariupol" has been revealed

One of the people liable for the top crimes in Mariupol is the officer of the Russian Air Force, Colonel Sergei Atroshchenko. Local authorities called him "the executioner of the city" due to the bombing of, among others, the Dramatic theatre and the maternity hospital. The identity of the soldier was revealed by Ukrainian hackers.
