A man who has been wanted since 2018 for sexual crimes against minors under the age of 15 has been detained by police officers of the Department of Search and recognition of Persons of KWP in Wrocław together with officers of the Central Section of intent Search and recognition of Persons of the Criminal Office of the KGB supported by the Warsaw Okęcie Airport Police Station. Activities carried out by the Polish Police in cooperation with judicial authorities and interacting with many authorities, including the Philippine deportation services, the Qatari Police, the Embassy of Poland in the Philippines, the General Secretariat of Interpol in Lyon and the BMWP KGP, led to a man being again detained erstwhile he left the plane at the airport in Warsaw.
The man has been wanted since 2018 by the Wrocław “headhunters”. In the past, he worked in the Child's Home, in which deprived of parental care children and youth were to receive replacement care. In this facility, however, they did not receive it. The man abused subjects, utilized violence, and sexually abused minors under the age of 15. After the fact came to light, the man left his whereabouts and began hiding from law enforcement. In May 2018, the territory Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna issued a BOLO for him. Unfortunately, the wanted 1 was not located in both Poland and another European countries.
At the end of 2020, police officers of the Department of Search and recognition of Persons of Provincial Police Commands in Wroclaw, known as "headhunters", joined the case. ENFAST Contact Point through constant exchange of information with police officers from KWP in Wrocław began cooperation with partner of ENFAST network – US Marshals and the Philippines Search squad (FSU). Thanks to the extended experience of Wrocław's "headhunters" and the usage of non-standard solutions and the current exchange of information, as well as cooperation requiring a number of common coordination activities, it has been possible to establish a precise location for hiding the wanted. It was located on the Filipino island of Siquijor. The search was stopped on 14.02.2021. Officers of the search squad from Manila and local police on Siquijor Island took part in the search operation.

After arrest Dariusz Z. was transported to Wrocław, where he yet went to prison on 06.04.201023, in order to service his conviction of imprisonment.
This is an excellent example of how even criminals hiding in exotic lands on the another side of the globe should not feel safe. They must anticipate that even distant from Europe, they can be located and detained.
