A wanted BOLO for the pro-Russian president has a proposal for Trump

In search of a BOLO, the utmost nationalist ruling the Serbian Republic, part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, wants to offer U.S. president Donald Trump a lithium deposit in exchange for reducing the global force that is exerted on him.
