Members of the National Council of the Judiciary will be elected by judges in general elections organised by the National Election Commission, and candidates for the Council will gotta have at least 10 years of judicial experience. These are the main assumptions of the reform, which were presented on Thursday by the Minister of Justice, Waldemar Żurek.
