At the end of October, an event called the Freedom Games was held in Łódź. The participants included, among others, Minister of abroad Affairs Radosław Sikorski, Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek and Minister of Finance Andrzej Domanski. The Euro MP Waldemar Buda besides took part in the discussion on migration policy.

The case became so public that it had to be explained by the PiS spokesman. Rafał Bochenek in a post on the X platform pointed out that "the revelations about Waldemar Buda, that his case was to be about participation in the Freedom Games, is evidently not true."
"The proposal that has entered the office of the PiS from the structures of local parties concerns the deficiency of regulation of contributions and related backlogs – which is peculiarly amazing in the case of the Euro MP", he added and assured that "the decision to suspend Waldemar Buda has not been taken and is not being considered".
That's what Bud reacted to. "The decision has not been made and is not considered. Short and on the topic," he stressed. The politician was not suspended from the Law and Justice, but as his backlog business unfolds, we will most likely find out shortly enough.
