The Ministry of National Defence and PKP Cargo signed an agreement on military rail transport. The cooperation is to cover military equipment, dual-use resources and possible defence-funded investment projects. "This is not only a safety for conflict, but besides for exercise," said the head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish.
