Wagner wanted to cut off Ukraine's capital from power

Ukrainian safety Service officers retained in the act of Belarus operating in Wagner Group, who, under the orders of Russian military intelligence, attempted to place GPS transmitters on poles of power lines supplying the Kiev agglomeration. They were designed to aid track targets using, among others, Shahed kamikaze drones.
