Wagner's floating "Fleet of Shadows"

For many months [there has been an ongoing conflict between the European Union and the alleged "Shadow Fleet"](https://defence24.pl/wojna-na-ukrainie-raport-specjalny-defence24/ue-mocno-uderza-w-rosje-sankcje-na-200-statkow-floty-cieni) - a group of tankers utilized by the Russian Federation to evade sanctions and illegally transport oil. Despite the presence of more than 600 ships on the "black list" and more packages that impede shipping, the fleet not only continues to operate, but on top of that poses an expanding threat to Western countries (among another things, Russian drones were to be launched from any of the ships, violating the airspace of individual NATO countries - ed.).
