Universities over the centuries enjoy autonomy. Their authorities shall, in accordance with the statutes, be elected by the legislature of the university, or the college of electors. This is the case in the democratic state of law. In occupied Poland, called PRL, customs were different. In 1960, Minister in place of elected Rector of the Higher School of Economics (now University of Economics) in Wrocław, an outstanding scientist, prof. Wincenty Stysia, appointed his nominee from the PZPR. Following this approach, the current Minister at the Academy of Justice, in place of a rector with a crucial technological background, established a ‘his’ man with no technological achievements, with habilitation obtained in Slovakia. He called him, despite the fact that the legal rector had not received the decision to dismiss him from his duties.
What happened on the AWS was a violation of the law, due to the fact that there were no statutory grounds for the "exchange" and appeal of the rector, especially after the order of the May Constitutional Court to abstain from this decision, pending the examination of the case, or to "disqualify" the resolution of the university legislature on the election of the missing senator. In the absence of opposition from the academic community, there may besides be appeals at another public universities of rectors who do not like the minister. This is how it starts – in 1981 Fire School, present AWS! How to identify politicians who have until late urged people to show the “defence of the Constitution” and, after taking up power, break its rules. Can't people wearing good religion T-shirts with the inscription “Constitution” feel cheated now? All you can do is feel sorry for them. Will they change their course and position? Therefore, erstwhile Barbara Blida, SLD's politician committed suicide in 2007 at the time of her detention by "services" in connection with her suspected engagement in the "carbon air", the "services" and the apparatus of justice were sprinkled with thunders, a parliamentary committee of enquiry was set up, a peculiar investigation was conducted for 2 years, and even in 2024 the squad was appointed to analyse the case. But specified a commission was not set up to analyse the execution of “unknown perpetrators” in 2011 in Jolanta Brzeska, fighting for tenants thrown out of falsely “reprivatized” tenement houses in Warsaw. advanced officials of the City Hall, activists of today's Coalition, were active in this crime. Deprived of the right to have a lawyer present at the proceeding as a witness in the prosecutor's office in 2025, Barbara Skrzypek suffered large stress and died 3 days later of a heart attack. Recently, in September 2026, retired Isabella Majewska was detained at 6am and convicted of insulting Jerzy Owsiak. And no 1 cared due to the fact that these people were not supporters of the Coalition 8 stars. possibly Maria Kurowska is the next victim of the system?
is simply a kid human? The Minister of Education ordered to feed children in school canteens with a “planetary boat” to save the planet (why at the expense of Polish children?). Legume protein is incomplete in contrast to animal protein! In this diet, mostly plant products are suspicious that they were introduced to school canteens as a consequence of lobbying (and possibly not only ...) of industrial companies. The situation is akin to the time when, under the influence of money, any companies have proclaimed the superiority of margarine over butter. In the PRL in school cafeterias, food was low quality, but children ate everything for deficiency of something else. Today, children mostly have adequate food and do not want to eat the untasteful food of a planetary diet and come home hungry. This is the consequence of the triumph of ideology over common sense.
The highest legal paper in Poland is the Constitution. In her defense, demonstrations were organized. However, according to Marxism and his "dialectics", his followers, who were the organizers of these demonstrations, changed their minds and to the Constitutional Court of them (i.e. the Coalition of 8 stars), the majority of the parliament elected as a justice a individual who publically proclaimed the superiority of the European Union's rules over the Polish Constitution. It is besides unusual to choose individual to a non-existent institution, due to the fact that the Constitutional Court according to the Coalition of 8 stars “does not exist” and its judgments and judgments are not published (to the detriment of people, e.g. pensioners). The National Judicial Council, after the Coalition had taken over the 8 stars, was besides "illegal" and "did not exist" so long as the majority of the Sejm chose "their" people to it and from day to day already existed as a legal institution. I wonder if the supporters of the ruling Coalition remember the slogans preached a fewer years ago? Don't they remember? Marian Załucki wrote: “The Pole – he did not have to... ha, he must have forgotten”. Another thing is that people who draw information from government, German and pro-Russian media do not know what the real situation of law in Poland and its application is.
It is said that there are also attacks on the Constitutional Court and the president of Poland. Will Poles stay indifferent to this? For example, even opposition MPs are fewer in defence of the AWS! Or will Poles yet jointly protest against the violation of the law and the Constitution in 1980? "Intercity" drivers showed that you can...
