The head of EU diplomacy Kaja Kallas estimated on Wednesday that there had been a permanent change in priorities in the United States resulting in Europe no longer playing a central role. She stressed that in order for NATO to stay strong, it should be based more on European countries. In her opinion, this requires better coordination between the European Union and the Alliance.
