Poland inactive lacks a strategy to reduce industrial emissions

In Poland there is inactive a deficiency of strategies for decarbonisation of industry, and the strategy papers presently being drawn up focus primarily on energy and little on manufacture itself – according to the latest study of the Institute of Reform.
