The National Broadcasting Council won a final dispute with the Polsat tv on the explanation of the provisions of the Broadcasting and Broadcasting Act concerning the differences between self-promotion and the announcement of the broadcaster and the rules on the issue of specified transmissions in the programme, due to the exceeding by tv of Polsat the permissible time of broadcasting advertising and telesale in April 2023.
