"What we hear from Alaksandra Lukashenko is simply a disinformation game," said PAP expert at the Centre for east Studies Kamil Kłysiński. The main specialist of the squad of Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova believes that the Belarusian dictator "considers political prisoners as goods that can be traded". As regards Lukashenko's dependence on Moscow, nothing has changed in this regard.
