Such a meme (?) presented on her profile Fb Teresa W. (a supporter of the fresh power publishing hideous comments). This is simply a very serious and increasingly common accusation among the public that the Catholic Church is simply a criminal organization.
Surely Pope Pius XII (pontificate: 1939-1958) was hated by the communist power, by which he was accused by supporting Fascism and Nazism.
However, the question arises:
- I'm sorry. Has Pope XII accepted the plunder of Polish lands through the 3rd Reich and supported Nazism during planet War II?

Of course, I will not bore the reader with many quotes from the encyclical. The following are only the main ideas:
The Pope blames the agnosticism and pride resulting from the advancement of civilization for the bad decisions he has made. Pius XII mentions the poorness of the country which ‘takes the place of the creator’ as another error. Criticizes the unlimited power of the state, the State Absolute annihilates a private initiative. He criticizes the state's imagination as the eventual goal, the goal itself, the power without control of work from anyone. It criticises the demolition of a private initiative which consequently destroys public welfare. In the education process, he criticizes the omission of God, which is the eventual goal.
Importantly, the encyclical has a conviction (subtitle): "State Totalitarianism destroys global order and peace". It is an ideology that assigns unlimited power to the state, which “opens the way to violating the laws of the another and hinders all knowing and peaceful coexistence” and “State absolutism denies the law of nations from God’s law.”
In point 64, the Pope has concerns about the states of peace after the war, quoting the slogan: "Vae Victis - Woe to the overcome". In point 74, Pius XII suggests that all wars, between nations, but besides home ones, are the work of Satan.
Forgive me, but this dramatic quote from the encyclical must be quoted in full, due to the fact that as the only nation Pope Pius XII mentions Poles:
79. Honorable Brothers! The hr in which we give you the first Our Encyclical is presented to us for many reasons truly an hr of darkness. In it, the spirit of force and discord pours upon mankind, with witchcraft full of blood, countless disasters and unspoken suffering. Do we so request to assure you that our fatherly heart embraces the love full of compassion all Our children, especially those who have suffered harm and persecution?
The nations in the midst of war are possibly only at the beginning of pain, and thousands of families have already been affected by death, destruction, tears, and misery. The blood of thousands of people, even those who did not participate in the military service and yet were killed, brings a painful complaint, especially in Poland, to the nation so dear to us, to Poland, which by its unbreakable faithfulness to the Church and by the large merits which it earned, defending Christian culture and civilization - which past will never forget - has the right to human and fraternal compassion of all humanity. Having placed his trust in the Virgin Godfather.

Politics, as any say, “the silence about the Second War and what was happening then”, is seen in the encyclical itself:

What has happened in fresh months and what is happening now has been before our eyes like a nightmare imagination when, without abandoning the remnants of hope for a peaceful settlement of the conflict, we have tried all the roads and ways which the Apostolic Authority has pointed out to us, and which have allowed us to take measures to prevent the usage of force and weapons and to sustain the paths that would enable us to conclude an honorary agreement. Convinced that the usage of force by 1 side would trigger a powerful consequence from the other, we felt that it was the work of our apostolic office and Christian love to do everything - even though our intentions and intentions were misunderstood - to prevent humanity and Christianity from the horror of planet war. Though our counsel was listened to with respect, they were not listened to. And now, considering in our shepherd's heart, the tightened pain and care, the full substance with appropriate seriousness, before our eyes is the image of the Good Shepherd, and it seems appropriate to us to repeat, with application to all mankind. The Pope came to act in the most tragic times. Criticizes systems of totalitarian Nazism (alusions to the State-God Hegel), makes references to communism, or to civilian war in Spain. And as it was noted, the encyclical mentions only the name of Poland - a country attacked by ungodly ideology.
The Pope could beat German Nazis with thunders – but what would be the result?
"Pius XII spoke about Poland much, more than about another nations. But for the sake of the persecuted, he directed him to be most cautious in his choice of words. He predicted that Hitler and Stalin would not number with them and would not change their orders under their influence, but they would weigh all word of the Holy Father in retaliation to multiply the number of victims."

In Wikipedia's motto: "Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland (1925), we read the mention to John Edmund Ottoman:
"The Apostolic Capital in planet War II, contrary to the provisions of the concordat with Poland, but in accordance with the provisions of the concordat with the 3rd Reich (1935), incorporated in 1939 parts of the Diocese of Częstochowa, the Diocese of Katowice and the Archdiocese of Kraków, which were in the territory of the Republic of Poland annexed by the 3rd Reich, into the German Archdiocese of Wroclaw and established German administrators of the Apostolic Diocese of Chełmina and the Archdiocese of Gniezno-Poznań, which constituted a public violation of Article 9 of the Concordat". Edmund J. Osmanczyk, is an outstanding figure earned for Opole and the Polishness of Silesia, a senator elected from the solidarity list in 1989. Unfortunately, the commune broke it, but I don't want to compose about it right now.

"In stressing the highly hard situation in which the Diocese of Chełmina was laid down, 25 November 1939, the Apostolic Nuncio in Berlin, Archbishop Cesare Orsini formally addressed the Holy See on the appointment of the bishop of Gdańsk as Apostolic admin of that diocese. Taking affirmative account of this conclusion, Pope Pius XII besides pointed out the request to explain to Poles the provisionality of specified a solution, which was made as a consequence of only and only utmost necessity, with the sole aim of remedying the well-being of the faithful Roman Church. First of all, the bishop of Gdańsk, K.M. Splett, appointed by the nuncio in Berlin, was not the bishop of Chełminski, but – due to exceptional circumstances and their duration – the ad note of Sanctae Sedis, i.e. the temporary admin of this diocese, which in turn was dictated by the necessity of exercising jurisdiction over the abandoned diocese by its competent bishop (Okoniewski) and with severe illness, and then (in 1940) interning the auxiliary bishop (Constant Dominican Republic) in Gdańsk. The appointment of any Pole would be tantamount to his arrest by the Nazis”.

Serrano Suner is an associate of General Franco, his brother-in-law and diplomat.

It is hard to find specified information, about the award of Serrano Suner by Pope Pius XII, but it is amazing what we read about Fascist Spain and its reaction to Germany's aggression towards Poland on Histmag:
"After the outbreak of planet War II, Franco announced the strict neutrality of Spain in the ongoing conflict. In consequence to Germany's aggression against Poland, he concluded with the russian Union that he was not bound by the provisions of the anti-comintern pact, which included Spain, which was broken by its creator, the 3rd Reich, by the fact of cooperation with the russian Union. Due to the conclusion of the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact in charge of Spain's abroad policy from 1939 to 1942, Ramon Serrano Suner (Franco's brother-in-law) decided that informing about the course of the Polish run in September and October 1939 would take place in a pro-Polish spirit – concerns were expressed about the demolition of the Catholic state, as well as the entry of the russian Union into the centre of Europe. Serrano Suner besides allowed wide publication in Spain of encyclicals of Pope Pius XII "Summi Pontificus", which criticized German aggression against Poland".

I will briefly comment on all the above information:
The Vatican neither supported Hitler nor broke the concordat with Poland. The situation was dramatic, different and unpredictable.
The church has mediocre PR and large shortcomings in communication. He can be like a defenseless sheep among predators. Meanwhile, staunch anticlericals usage vile lies, slander, or deficiency of logic. I inform you that the same will be the “new, better world” that they want so much. It's just, like the russian Union or Nazi Germany, that power wants to take over the social margin.
This social margin may even be well-dressed, but it is inactive a primitive counterculture, a intellectual and moral sluice that will not hesitate against any sleaze and sleaze.
For a bunch of intellectual and moral scum, fact doesn't matter. It's all about blood and destruction.
