The European Commission's Head Ursula von der Leyen at the conference following the EU leaders' summit in Brussels announced that the economical support package for Ukraine is almost ready. Referring to the Mercosur Trade Agreement case, she assessed that "there is simply a clear interest in the agreement entering into force as shortly as possible".
